We offer a refund policy in which the full amount is refunded if the refund request is submitted within 2 days of the order being placed. If the refund is requested after the 2 days time limit, 80% of the total order amount will be refunded.
After delivery, customers will not be eligible to make a refund request unless there is a customisation error on our side or damage to the controller sealed in the box. Since it is a personalised product, it will not be taken back if either of the two criteria mentioned above are not met, and the product correctly matches your order specifications.
Refund amount will be provided to you in the same payment method used to order the product/s. We recommend that you thoroughly check your order before or while placing the order to make sure it is correctly configured to your liking so that any further complications are not caused that may cause you inconvenience.
